Hablamos mucho, pero muchas veces estas palabras est\u00e1n vac\u00edas, no llevan implicaci\u00f3n o conciencia en ellas. Repetimos patrones y expresiones aprendidas sin pararnos a discernir ni pensar en aquello que vamos a comunicar.<\/p>\n<p>En ocasiones queremos expresar algo a otra persona y, al final, acabamos transmitiendo lo opuesto a lo que quer\u00edamos haber expresado. En otras ocasiones, no sabemos qu\u00e9 decir y decimos lo primero que se nos pasa por la mente que suele ser una coletilla.<\/p>\n<p>En los momentos de acompa\u00f1ar a alguien en los procesos de enfermedad y el proceso de final de encarnaci\u00f3n, nos solemos quedar m\u00e1s bloqueados a la hora de comunicarnos con el otro.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n creemos que no comunicamos o no comunicamos bien porque no estamos preparados.<\/p>\n<p>La comunicaci\u00f3n con uno mismo es esencial para que fluya la comunicaci\u00f3n honesta y veraz. El trabajo de autoconocimiento es b\u00e1sico para generar una comunicaci\u00f3n que sea aut\u00e9ntica.<\/p>\n<p>No consiste en aprender t\u00e9cnicas de comunicaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo, porque \u00e9stas si no tienen un trasfondo de compasi\u00f3n, de conciencia, quedar\u00e1n vac\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Trabajemos con nosotros mismos, nuestro autoconocimiento, discernimiento y conexi\u00f3n para
